MASTER THE ART
OF BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU
American Top Team’s world-class program offers not just a physical challenge and a pathway to a stronger character but also a better lifestyle.
BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) was derived from the Japanese Jiu-Jitsu. It’s one of the most popular and fastest-growing combat sports today. Using a self-defense system that focuses on grappling and ground fighting, BJJ uses locks, chokes and throws to defeat the opponent. All the best champions of UFC or MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) train in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Martial artist masters from all different disciplines from Karate to Kung-Fu to Taekwondo Judo are now adding BJJ to their practice.

Won’t this be hard on my body?
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a physical challenge, but any exercise program should be to get real results. American Top Team, however, encourages its students to push the limits while working within their own abilities. Our programs are designed to get results, but not to cause pain.
