Benny “The hardest thing when I started was to do sprawls but my coach Mauricio taught me how to do it. The thing that I benefited from ATT is that I have better sprawls and I'm more active. I love Coach Mauricio and Coach Baga.”

Udi “The hardest thing when I started was that I couldn't sit, I didn't know how to follow instructions and I use to get really nervous but coach Mauricio helped me to follow more directions and to sit when I needed to. I have learned to be better at kicking and BJJ. I love my coach Mauricio, Coach Baga, and Coach Mariuxi.”

“When Sofia started at American Top Team she didn't really face any obstacles. BJJ really came natural to her. On the other side, ATT Program has benefited her to be more confident, gain more strength physically and mentally. Sofia’s favorite thing about ATT is the people culture, the environment and the fact that is good for her”

“One of the biggest obstacles for Sam was to keep up with the other kids. The way he overcame it was with the help of the coaches, having consistency and patience to teach him along the way. Sam has gained many benefits. He has gained more self-esteem, has been able to make more friends, be more social and learn more self-defense techniques. One of the best thing that he has benefited is self-discipline, he knows now how to listen. Sam favorite thing about ATT is that coaches push him to become better. Sam knows that BJJ & MMA is not easy, however, coaches pushes him to work and overcome the obstacles he faces. Sam loves to work hard and to do better than the day before since he knows he must earn it”
