“One of the biggest obstacles that I faced when I started kickboxing was the lack of confidence and understanding the technique but I was able to overcome it by coming to class regularly and I had the coaches helping me along the way. I have benefited from kickboxing by having a better physical shape, getting the tone and gaining more self-confidence. I love the instructors, the environment, the familiar faces and the fact everyone is in the same boat”

“When I started at ATT my biggest obstacle was my flexibility, it was hard to keep up with everyone. The way that I was able to overcome it was thanks to the support of everyone and me showing up to class. I liked the feeling that everyone made me feel welcomed. I have benefited from ATT in my self confidence, learning to become comfortable in uncomfortable situations, being able to be more social and finding to make relationships easier. I been able to interact with a wide variety of people, which that's great! One of my favorite things about ATT is that everyone is trying to improve themselves in BJJ but also in life.
